What Is Your Energy Connection?

I want to share with you my full connection experience. I was exercising my dog as I normally do in the woods when I was led to share my life force with this scrawny tree. It was simply amazing!
As soon as my hands touched the bark of that tree, the tree split open. I could literally see the many, different-sized living cells moving up and down in that tree (this was no visualization)!
I have to tell you that it freaked me - that “aha” moment. I had been asking for years to understand what that “something” that I didn't understand was. On that day, I received it!
In seconds I recognized everything is made up of energy so we are connected to everything. We can communicate because everything has its own vibration which can be translated. I also realized that I had a ton of power to use; and I did NOT know how to use it efficiently.
My life and how I viewed the world changed that day. It was truly mind-blowing! It took me a week to re-group with this new knowledge.
For the first time, my life finally made so much sense to me. I understood why I could hear, see, feel and know things in so many different ways!

Like I said, it took me a week to process what that small act of kindness revealed to me in that moment. I am still realizing more and more layers all the time.
